Hi there, I have just upgraded my tariff to a new iphone and I'm trying to use O2 recycle to pay towards my next tariff. 

 

When I enter my phones IMEI it just comes up as incorrect, but seems to come up correct when I put it into a checker / other trade in serves.

 

Was wondering if anyone could help?
