Hi TextI’ve just received a text from an unknown number stating my service will be cancelled as I’ve not agreed to your T&C is it a scam? The message is attached

There is nothing attached.

 

Sounds and smells like a scam, have a look at these guides Phishing, Smishing & Scams. Latest info & advice. 

 

o2's messages will also come show o2 instead of a number.

It's a well known scam.
Block the number and do not follow any links.
Forward the scam text or number to 7726 - It's free.
