Problems claiming free fitbit

I recently purchased a pixel 8 pro as there was a free fitbit. Otherwise would have gone for the Samsung s23. Put in the claim but they won't accept the o2 receipt? How do I claim this or was it just a scam to get us to buy Google phones?

Google are not a rip off company, if you have problems claiming an offer from them, then you need to contact Googles Offer Partner, and speak to them..

The help pages are here https://reward-promos.com/reward/charge6/en-GB/support

They also have a phone number to call them on...

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

Unfortunately I am on an oil rig just now but will try that when I get home but will probably be too late.

As I said I have already made the claim and my O2 proof of purchase has been refused twice by the fitbit team. So I'm afraid, for me that's defined as a ripoff. I now have a pixel 8 pro instead of a s23 ultra! Not happy.

Unfortunately you are at the mercy of the Google Team, that handle these requests, and they are very nit picky on what they want. The best thing to do and something I have done is ring them and ask them what is wrong with the proof.

Good Luck, but as its a Google offer, there is very little o2 can do to influence them...

I've been conned too!  O2 shouldn't be associating with a rip-off company such as this!!
