Hi there,
It seems O2 Recycle has been down for a couple of days for logging in?
I put in a request to recycle my phone and logged in to my account to do so on o2recycle.co.uk - however I haven't had the confirmation email and now I cannot seem to login or use the forgot password service.
If trying to reset password it says: There was an issue requesting a password reset.
And if i try to log in with what i know is correct it says: We could not verify your username/password. Please try again
Is anyone else having this issue? I really need to recycle this phone as I am currently money down due to my upgrade, which I was countering with recycle service.

Never safe to assume anything with O2.
Try a Vodafone or EE SIM in it to check
