O2 Recycle Price promise

Have just done a Recycle of a old Samsung Tab pro S with keyboard and O2 offred £90 so went ahead with it however I just notiched that Mazuma will give my £125 ( https://www.mazumamobile.com/sell-my-mobile/samsung/tablets/galaxy-tab-pro-s-lte-with-keyboard-/2630 ) so gone to use the O2 price promise and noted that it does not list the Tab pro S as a model and no way to enter it manual does this mean that they don't price promise tablets

If they do their usual trick, they'll claim screen burn and reduce the offer to £20 anyway, at which point you can request they return it to you.

I've emailed them to see what they say about offering the extra £30

@Baz I hope you took photos of the condition that the device was in before you sent it off to O2. If you search the forum you will find they have a despicable reputation.

Reduced offer, 2 weeks to be returned and comes back damaged.

Pity @Baz didn't come here first. We would have recommended CEX or Mazuma Mobile as opposed to O2 Recycle...
