Warranty void due to taking the protective film off the new Samsung galaxy 3 fold the inside screen, i phoned to complain on the matter it's now cost me 489.40 for it to be repaired and the only answer i recieved from the o2 202 service was this is classed as accidental damages and then phone was put down on me.

The problem i have there is id be sending it back and fourth and traveling a to b waiting on the phone to get back to me i just wanted my phone fixed, i'd just finished work for the week night shifts and stayed awake to travel to the o2 shop
