Dear Sir/madam,
I am sorry, I just find out that my O2 boardband changed to SKY????
Because my wifi router is still showing O2wireless THUS I wasnt pay attention about any change and my directdebit did not show anything about SKY!
Can anyone help me? I need to talk to SKY about my boardband services, and i dont have account number.
the boardband is not good as before.

You have actually posted on the O2 customer to customer forum so we are unable to help with your problem.
O2 Broadband changed over to Sky some time ago. You will need to contact Sky themselves about your issue
In the link I have included, it will give you a number of ways to contact Sky directly. I hope you get on ok

They can easily find your details if you give them your landline number or address, so don't worry
