Hello! I had to send my phone off for a repair as it had slipped out of its case causing the screen to malfunction. I was advised that I'll be quoted before any repair work has been done, however I received my phone back today with no quote in site, or any indication of there being a charge, or if this was even repaired under warranty. What do I do? I don't want to be caught out not paying but if I am charged, I didn't accept a quote for said repairs?

If there is no invoice or a request for payment it may have been done FOC..
You can always ring o2 and ask if they can see a charge been applied to your account for the work, give them a call on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.
