No headphones vouncher

Hi,

I am now at 50 days, many chases to O2 and still no voucher.

I've been promised it wold be resolved a few times and also told O2 are aware "there are delays"

So what's the longest anyone has waited?  Is 50 days a lot or should I buckle in for a longer wait?

Overall, it's an absolute ****** service as the headphones were the tipping point for me getting a contract and so from 1 to 10 where 10 is very likely would I recommend O2 to friends and family and I am currently at a 1

I received mine this morning after ringing up twice and its saying its expired ! Shocking service.

Same Here no code yet, damn 02 is so bad.

I was so happy with Virgin and all the promotions I got I never had to chase anyone

I tried ringing but was put on hold and told the wait time was over 30 minutes

Either don't want people ringing or lots are ringing because things are going wrong
