Purchased a Sony Xperia 5iv contract phone with a free tv,I've not received anything then when I try to contact them it says email address can not be found 🤔 anyone else have any other information?

You need to chase it up with Sony @Saraleeds89 

It's not an O2 promotion.

I'm still waiting for the phone, apparently out of stock. Wondering what will happen if I don't get the phone in time to claim the TV. I'd like to think it will be honoured, though this experience is making me wonder!
