Your order is showing as complete because it has been dispatched from O2.
DHL tracking doesn't usually work immediately though as it takes a while to register in their network. You should receive notification from DHL that they have received your parcel and giving you a delivery date.
You will also receive a text on the morning of delivery giving you a time slot.
