I am trying to use the Live Chat but constantly getting either offline or

 

Live Chat - Busy

All our agents are currently busy, please try again later.

 

Whats the issue with the system?

We are being told there are some problems with contacting CS at the moment, so please bear with whilst the issues are sorted out.

I have been trying to contact your customer services to cancel my contract which ends on 30th November 2016, unable to get through by phone so trying here,

Unfortunately this is not CS so you cannot cancel here

No Live chat and nobody answewring outside calls !

 

I even went into an O2 shop and they couldn't get through to customer service 

 

Worse thing is I'm calling you back to upgrade - you called me then dissapeared - this has gone from me wanting to extend my contract with O2 to wanting to leave !!!

There is an issue with contacting cs that o2 are aware of and are working to fix.
Please be patient whilst they resolve this.
