  • Before I went to Romania I checked on the o2 app, which states I could use all of my data allowance in the eurozone (which I confirmed Romania is included). After using about 40gb of my 100gb allowance I got a text message from o2 stating I would be charged £3.50 for each gb over the 25gb fair usage policy. This was not what the o2 app advises. Customer services were not helpful and have refused to reverse these charges

The rules changed on Aug 2nd.
