How do you report a dead spot in a place it shouldn't be. I have checked the coverage checker and it says there should be full 4G & 5G services.
But in this place it comes up only 3G on my phone and when I try to access anything via my data doesn't connect nothing works. I've tried various data apps, restarting my phone. Even when I'm outside there seems to be no 4G coverage at least.
I was looking for a way to report the issue to o2 but there doesn't seem to be anywhere you can do that?

I guess the only pain then is not having service to be able to download the app to report the issue at the location lol
