Horrible Experience with O2 RECYCLE

I got update for my O2 contract and the offer me 490£ for my old S7, then for my surprise when they got my phone the offer me 125£, I said I want my phone back. this is happened in 28th March, since this time I only got a email from O2 one time they said I will got my phone back in 5 working days. Today is 10th Abril and I haven't got my phone back. I call O2 recycle every single day, no one give me a explanation about my phone. I just want my phone back and the not give me a reason for keep.my phone long time. I had someone interested in buy my phone but I lost this person because of O2 recycle take a long time to give my phone back. I'm really upset and frustrated of this service. NOT RECOMMEND FOR NO ONE OF MY CONTACT'S. let's see when I will get my phone and how it is..

Make a complaint with Resolver so that O2 are aware https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

It is considering I bought a brand new sim free S7edge for my husband from Amazon for £500 for Christmas...

When my wife upgraded to S9, the price for s8 was 260, we went cex.
Hence me thinking 490 is very odd

Perhaps a typo and should have been £190. Although I've long since ceased being surprised by O2 Recycle....
