Does anyone know if there’s anybody on her who works for o2 that may be able to chase something up for me? I have been waiting on a reply from credit referrals since 2nd week of October. Really need this sorted ASAP as I have a home sale agreed and can’t go ahead with this as o2 has damaged my credit file! So stressed out. Please can someone help me.

Thank you for your reply. I thought maybe someone could help as I’ve seen other similar posts and people have come forward stating they could chase it up for them. I’m just so stressed with it and it really is causing me everything. O2 just don’t care after multiple emails from myself explaining the situation and I’ve yet to hear back a month later. Ive also sent a complaint and again, still have not heard back. Thank you again for your help.
