Yet again, another damaged credit file due to my account failing to be closed.
Declined credit yesterday due to an o2 error, and i need my credit file updating ASAP.
I have sent the relevant emails but still await a response.
PLEASE HELP 😞

If you have sent the relevant info to the credit referral team then you have to wait to hear from them I'm afraid.

You might be best going through the disputes process with one of the Credit Reference Agencies, but bare in mind it can take upto 60 days for your credit file to be updated.
Who told you it was due to o2, as even the place you are applying for credit won't know the reason,
