I had ordered a Samsung s23 (256gb) which was an eligible device for this promotion. I even spoke to the rep I was talking to when sorting the co tract and he told me I would be eligible for it too. I ordered my phone/sim on the 3rd of july and received it a couple days later. I have yet to receive the code for this and it has been more than 30 days. Is there anything I can do about this or anyone I should reach out to?
