Difficulty getting my 02 open discount applied

Hello 
I work for a company (NI Civil Service) that means I would be eligible to receive 02 open discount but when I log on to 02 open in order to apply for the discount and enter my valid work email address it is not recognising it and advises me to enter a valid email. So I then tried the payslip registration option and it is saying my National insurance number is already registered. I may have had 02 open discount in the past (years ago) but how do I register now for this new contract if it won’t accept both my work email address or my National Insurance Number? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
