Hi All,

Would anyone be able to assist in providing contact for the directors office please?

I am beyond fed up with the terrible customer service of o2.

Funny thing is I’m not even a customer and this experience has cemented that I will never become one either.

Fraud has occurred and o2 don’t care.

My life is being ruined by incompetence and disregard!

I need help pls.

o2 are not legally allowed to tell your anything whilst an ongoing Fraud investigation is ongoing, if they do they can find themselves been prosecuted, and the employee who does can be fined or imprisoned.
