How do you cancel Disney +?
It was suppose to be free but now I am being charged monthly and I've never watched it

 Go to your extras in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Click on the + sign beneath your extra and then click manage.

Turn off auto renew

Go to your MyO2

Scroll down to the Disney extra and click the big + sign.

Click on manage, then turn off auto renew.
