I ordered apple pencil from O2 website yesterday. They have taken money from my account but i didnt receive a confirmation email or anything. I paid for it to be delievered next day but again have heard nothing.
Is there a delay in delivering at the moment? And is there a number or email i can use to contact someone?

There is a delay in delivery due to the pandemic. The only email you will get is when it's dispatched. You will then be able to track your order via My O2.

It may well be out of stock

You will get a dispatch email with tracking number when it's released to the couriers

If You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

I appreciate that everything is taking longer because of lockdown but i paid a fair amount more to get next day delivery. Are there no emails i can try?

I also cannot see my order in my account or anything that says ive ordered something other than money taken from my account. Is this normal?

You can ask for a refund on next day delivery. Also you won't see anything on My O2 until your order is processed and dispatched.
