I entered a new contract in October which included the Amazon Video 6 months free offer, i was instructed that the extra would automatically end after the 6 months free extra had expired, why am i being charged 7.99 by Amazon Prime after 3 months of a 6 month free extra? There has been no activity on the extra, is this not false advertising?, misleading? To question fraudulant? If this has occurred due to o2s extra offer, does that not deem o2 responsible? Will o2 be retracting the over charge and be reliable to refund the payment taken by the contracts extra offer of 6 months "free". Is o2 in anyway responsible for this?

Have you spoken to o2 customer services as yet about it?
I've never known any of these free trials/extras with anyone to end automatically. They usually state you will be charged £xx if you do not cancel by the end of the period.
If it should be 6 months though speak to customer service.
