I was supposed to receive a £200 mastercard gift card as a sign up bonus on the 23/05 instead I got an email saying as I reduced my data allowance I am no longer eligible (not true). I have called, emailed, sent documents etc to o2 and the o2 claim line and all they do is blame each other. I am considering putting in a complaint to ofcom but I just want to see if anyone else has ay ideas before I waste yet more time doing that?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
