hi, i am unable to watch videos or play music on my phone i keep getting a message saying cannot play media while video camera is active but cant figure out how to switch it off

Press and hold down the Blackberry button (the one to left of the track pad) you should then see what apps you have running. Select the camera icon then close it from the menu by selecting the BB button again and selecting close.

Remove your battery for 5 seconds then reinsert it. After the reboot, go to your Media folder and attempt to view a video.
