I am hoping someone is able to answer my question
I took out a monthly plan in early 2023 to pay monthly for a Xbox Series X. It has recently had an issue with the HDMI port. I have tried different HDMI ports from my TV, have tried different HDMI cables and they work with different devices, just not the Series X.
I have tried to find out information if it can be returned to O2 under the 1 year manufacturing guarantee for a repair but can not really find out any information.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
