So the list for O2 says the Huawei p30 supports WiFi calling with O2 now. This wasn't available before. Anyway, I've enabled WiFi calling with O2 already, but how on earth do I get it enabled in my phone. I can't find the option anywhere. My phone is up to date.

@ZP

Have you contacted o2 to enable WiFi calling on your account.

To enable it call Customer Services on 202 or 0844 809 0202
when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

I have. It's on the actual phone I need to enable it. I might have to ring them to see what's going on. It's really frustrating.

@ZP

Have you checked for the setting in the dialer app? As there are 2 ways to enable it (depending on Software Version)...

Go to Phone Settings
Mobile Network
Mobile Data
Now, check the WiFi calling option in SIM settings
Click on WiFi Calling and turn the toggle on.

Go to Phone (Dialer).
Settings.
Wi-Fi Calling, then enable VoWiFi or Wi-Fi calling. After enabling, follow the onscreen instructions.

@O2KyleW / @Thomaso1  is this something you can assist @ZP with at all??

edited to tag o2 Gurus to help.

@ZP

You may need to reset your network settings to enable the options on your phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Thank you. I'll try that. When I first got my phone I'm sure the option was there but greyed out. Now it's gone completely
