No Network Signal - wr6 area

I have no network signal now for 6 hours - and its not just my phone my partners phone is also without a signal - yet the signal checker states there is no problems in my area - can anyone let me know what is going on please

Remove your sim and clean it.

Re insert and reboot.

Ring O2 on 202 contract or 4445 Payg to ensure your account is ok and to challenge the mast results.

Quite a lot of network upgrades happening at the moment so you could be effected by this or it could be a fault not yet showing on the tracker.
Report it to O2 if it persists.....

yes have tried removing sim etc, but nothing, my partners phone is also the same no signal at all - very frustrating as waiting for some important calls

As you are waiting for important calls it is definitely worth signing up to TuGo.

 

Free service and you can receive calls/texts on various devices using the internet.

 

This will help until the issues are resolved.

Sounds like a network issue then. As advised, report it to customer service.

well just sent 30 minutes chatting to someone for them to tell me nothing and apparently they will contact me within 3 days to resolve the issue - well that helps (not) i have tried my sim in a different o2 phone and that sim in my phone and both phones still have no network - i was basically told i have to wait and see if the network comes on!!
