Disgraceful in my opinion. It's O2 policy yet some phones do include the charger so there is no consistency. A policy that needs reviewing!

Hi, can I piggyback on this thread without creating one?
I ordered and received a Huawei Y5 like new and I also did not receive the charger. I know that this is standard policy but the page did advertise the availabilty of the charger:
Is there a way to make a complaint? I can't seem to find a way to contact the O2 customer service.
