If someone blocked my number on the divice...

BlackBerry 10 on O2 doesn't support SMS delivery report. So, put *0# in front of my message. So, the tick changes to "D" as the message delivered, even the receiver didn't open yet.
If someone blocks my number on their device (Windows mobile), the delivery report would not change to "D" from the tick? Or even if the number is blocked, the mark would change to "D" on mobile network provider?

As far as I know, if your number is blocked you will still get the D as the network has delivered the text. The fact that the other phone has blocked the text is irrelevant.
