Anybody know if stores are happy to help with issues regarding online purchases if I were to pop into one?
I'm getting nowhere with customer service over the phone getting a refund for a Nintendo switch and its getting past ridiculous

If bought online a store can't help you
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

I'm aware this is just a customer community forum.
Tried Twitter and got no answer. Phoned 202 several times and the same problem keeps occurring. They say they have processed the request and I will receive a refund within 7 to 10 days and still I'm waiting. If nobody in store can help then I'll just have to file a complaint to o2 or go further 🤨

Call the payment management team on 0800 902 0217 and they should be able to see where the issue is with the refund.
