I purchased the S23 Galaxy nearly 2 months ago and as part of the promotion was supposed to have been sent a code which I could use to redeem a pair of Galaxy Buds Pro for £1. I contacted the support team who told me that I would be sent the code within 5 days over a week ago. What else do I need to do in order to receive my code?
