Hi all,

just asking for some advice. I purchased an Xbox series s and it was pretty much dead on arrival. I contacted customer services and they stated that they didn’t have any in stock so they were going to cancel the agreement and I would return it. I’ve returned the item on the 28th of January and O2 have confirmed they have received it and it’s been cancelled on ‘their end’. The agreement is still showing on my account and there is an overdue payment. I’ve contacted O2 customer service twice now and told me I can cancel the direct debit. When does the agreement disappear from my account? Or is it the case that someone hasn’t put the right information onto the O2 system?

thanks.

@RHINORYAN

I will tag @O2Lisa who is on in the morning, as she may be able to shed some light on this.

Even if canceled the agreement will show on your account, and dont cancel the DD until it is all cancelled on the account, and the overdue payment is removed.
