Hi,

 

I recently got a new phone which is an Android not a Blackberry but I can't seem to find the right number to call to cancel my blackberry internet bolt on can anyone help?

Hi there if your on pay monthly the number is 202 they are closed now but are open tomorrow

Don't cancel the bolt on, just swap it to a standard data bolt on, otherwise you will get charged £1 per day for data use which will be very costly to you.

Unfortunately no, I rang it and it just sent me round in circles so I'm going to try going into store to get them to sort it for me.

It's cool, I've already changed to O2 go go go so it wont cost me for data useage but thank you for the warning. 

It only took off my text bolt on though by going to that rather than my text and internet ones.
