Before anyone should attempt to answer your question I think it would be helpful if you would be more precise as to what you actually want to know. Nevertheless it is probably fair to say that YOU are the only person who can satisfactorily answer the question for YOU.

My mistake as usual - I had been led to believe the purpose of the Community was to endeavour to be helpful.  With that in view it would have been helpful to know if the OP had any particular "mood apps" in mind , as indeed it would have been useful to know what the OP meant by "psychologically valid".
