What are you grateful for this year?

Hey everyone, 

As we approach Christmas day and the end of the year we thought it would be a great moment to take a look back at the year and talk about what you're most grateful for in 2018! 

On a personal note I've had a fantastic year and made some great memories with friends and loved ones. I've also learned a lot professionally, all of which I'm grateful for!
