Evening all,
Just jumping on to let you know this coming Sunday i'll be making the journey from Manchester to Wembley to attend the FA cup semi final between Nottingham Forest and Manchester City.
As i'm getting the coach down it's likely i won't be back home in bed until after midnight, fingers crossed the match doesn't go to pens as i'll be home even later and tip toeing round the house not to wake anyone 😋
Due to this i'm on leave this coming Monday 28 April, however i'll be back on Tuesday 29 April.
My score prediction is Nottingham Forest 1 Manchester City 2 🤞
I might even pop back in on Sunday and drop a picture of my view of the pitch 😁
Are you going @ColinO2?
Have a great weekend all 👍

Hard to distinguish who are actually the underdogs here....!

And in other news...a win or a draw with Forest will do for me.

There is no doubt that City have bought their way to success and the best players go for the highest wages.
But in pure footballing terms there is very little between them
A month ago I would have fancied Forest to win but City seem to have upped their game recently

I remember when Manchester City were playing at a dilapidated Maine Road in the Third Division in the late 1990s. Living at the time in Rochester, I seem to recall going to a game at Priestfield Stadium when Manchester City were the visitors. The overseas funding has certainly helped.
Have a great day @Dave-O2 and I look forward to seeing your photographs. 👍

Regardless, I think Notts Forest have had money ploughed into the team by some Greek magnate (according to Google) 😉
I still would prefer them to win over Man City...
