Was at the hospital yesterday to see the physio didn't really like the lass at all. But got some exercises to do for my knee. But on a different note I'm not in constance pain with the top of my thigh on my left side my mum said it's cause I've used my leg to compensate my right leg when I damaged it not helping at all

Hi @Pipstop78
Yes exercises are supposed to be excellent for recovery. Sorry to hear pain in top thigh. Keep as upright as you can when walking it is difficult as you say because of hurt leg but try. Hope you are improving soon. Best wishes ❤

My physio reminded me of my School Gym teacher. An army PT instructor

Are you weight bearing on your injured leg?
It's very common for you to suffer pain in your 'good' leg as you are using more muscles in that leg to avoid pain in the injured leg.
When you are sitting down, keep your injured leg elevated on a stool with a pillow.

Just make sure you take any prescribed painkillers as often as it says on the pack.
Best to try and prevent pain rather than take them when you are in pain. 🤗
