BBC WM presenter Ed Doolan dies aged 76 after dementia battle

A local lad I listened to as a kid.

Other BRMB listeners will remember him.

Sad to say that I've never heard or listened to him but no less sad for those listeners who enjoyed his shows. RIP

I remember him with great fondness.

As well as being a good presenter he also raised a lot of awareness about Dementia, Very brave and popular man

AWWWWW !!!

I’m originally from the West Midlands and used to listen occasionally to Ed Doolan. His consumer programmes were fantastic.

A very sad loss and something of a one-off, the likes of which we are unlikely to come across again.
