Been on the phone a couple of times recently and keep hearing a song but have no clue what it is. Its quite an upbeat number with a male singer?? It sounds like he says wrecking ball at the start but I could be wrong! Anyone got any ideas or know where I can view the playlist??

Not sure about the O2 play list, but the on hold music is one of the things I like about Plusnet, being a fan of cheesy 80s Pop.

Next time open up an app such as Shazam on another phone ,and see if it comes back with the song name etc.

I'm wondering if it's the song 'CannonBall' by Damien Rice.

Definitely cannonball by damien rice. As for the style of music it is really hard to descibe it - maybe C&W house? It was just really catchy!

I'm surprised that with O2 tracks O2 don't do what some companies do and allow you to choose the music you get stuck with
