I haven't received two gifts that I was promised earlier this month by you:

1. £65 for returning the wrong parcel I received from you.

2. £25 charge on my phone for a few minutes call to Singapore in December 23.

Are you sure it was O2 you spoke to initially and not part of an elaborate scam?
