Can anybody help me regarding this number 60232..i keep on receiving charges from this number inspite of assurances from O2 agents..they are seem helpless in stopping this scam...i spoke to agents many times now ..but to no avail..help pls..

You can block the number next time they call either with an app or an option to block the caller

Blocking the number won't stop the charges.
The OP needs to look the number up on phonepayplus (in the link) and find their contact details to call them and get removed off their database.

I saw that too but I could only work out that the number was active & used by orange. Sorry if I didn't understand the table completely

Neither did I if honest....as according to that it isn't actually used by O2......:smileywink:

But it was the only place I found that particular shortcode....
