Vue Cinema, 2 tickets for £9 issue

Hey, 

I bought the 2 tickets for £9 offer, I never had any issues with it. 

Today, when I'm trying to book it, I add two seats and each time I add the code it adds an additional one on. 

Tried on the phone, there I put in the codes and they didn't take any money away and it asked me to pay full price. 

Has anyone had a similar issue and would be able to help? Thanks!

You need to speak to Vue, as that sounds like there platform that is playing up, not a lot o2 can do about it
