Railcard offer not working 26-30 railcard

Hi

Please can you tell me why the 26-30 £10 railcard offer is not working? I'm assuming this is a mistake because every other railcard is listed in the T&C's?

And if not - why are we being penalised as 26-30 year olds? It isn’t fair

The terms state: 

The £10 railcard is available for six different types of railcard:
Network, 16-25, Disabled Persons, Family & Friends, Senior, and Two Together.
So for whatever reason, that age group is not included in the offer.
As customers we wouldn't know why and I doubt customer services would either.
ATOC Ltd manages Railcards on behalf of Britain's train companies, so maybe it is them you need to ask?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
