It appears 3 of my family 'phones are linked as one on Priority.  When an offer is used on one 'phone, it automatically appears used on the other 'phones.  Tried deleting the App and reinstating with each different 'phone number, but to no avail.  Is there a way to 'unlink' these?

@Bob63

I've not seen that before tbh.

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Before reinstalling the app you need to reboot the phone

Then you will be asked to input the phone number and a code will be sent to the correct number
