Priority winner

Hi, I recently won a £100 puma voucher on priority’s, but the puma website is not working, I have emailed puma, but no help, it keeps crashing and won’t process the payment. I have tried this more than 20 times.

Any ideas? I never win anything so this was just typical that it doesn’t work.

I would call Puma Customer Services and see if they can process it over the phone, or try a different web browser. 

As not a lot anyone can do if Puma's website is broken 😞

I have the same problem. I spoke to them and they said they made a mistake and they had received several complaints.  No sign of it being rectified yet. 🫤

Very disappointing, the item I wanted is now sold out.
