I'm absolutely disgusted been trying the app all day to purchase peter kay tickets only to find the app is down and a message saying we are trying to fix the problem.
Then we get a message from O2 that all tickets have now been sold
1.Shame on you O2 can you explain how all the tickets or sold when the app has been down
2. If there was another way to get these tickets why where O2 customers not notified
3. touts or already selling tickets at 10 times + there face value
4. Your handling of this entire situation is totally unprofessional and disrespectful to loyal O2 customers and you should be held to account for you actions during this dibaocal
Maybe today you will see a drop in your users and I would not be surprised by this at all
