Hi I bought o2 cinema tickets but its showing they've been redeemed but they haven't yet?? Redemption needs resetting ive been advised by another o2 person

thanks. Its a bloody nightmare it was an employee gave me the link told me to come on here 🙄 did think it strange when I came on here but I was at the end of my tether as 3 days been passed about 🙄tickets will have run out by the time its looked at by o2 as I've contacted them again after being on here. Thanks though.
