Hi @Service176 - there is a thing known as a Shipping Bar on some higher-end handsets when shipped to the buyer, you will need to contact O2 to have this removed, @Service176 - you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media using any of the links just below this post, or you can call them via landline or mobile free on 0800 081 0255.
