Hello - I’ve bought 2 for 1 tickets for the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition at the NHM in London which is a current o2 Priority offer. It’s a 2 step process. There were detailed instructions in the o2 Priority app about step 1: booking the tickets but no instructions re the next step “once you have completed you booking, you will need to generate a unique moving QR code via the Priority app. This can be accepted once you have purchased your ticket by using the ‘Activate your QR code’ reward within this Natural History Museum Group.” I have complete step 1 and have had the confirmation email which has no further details re the QR code. Could anyone tell me how I generate this QR code?!
